black jack is a game that reminds me of a roller coaster. It is a game that starts slowly, but gradually picks up speed. As you ramp up your bank roll, you feel as though you are on your way to the top of the coaster and then when you are not expecting it, the bottom falls.
black jack is so similar to a rollercoaster the similarities are astonishing. As with the popular amusement experience, your black jack game will peak and things will appear as though they are going great for a time before it bottoms out yet again. You have to be a blackjack player that will be able to readjust to the ups … downs of the game especially given that the game of black jack is full of them.
If you like the small coaster, a coaster that doesn’t go too high or fast, then bet small. If you find the only way you can enjoy the roller coaster ride is with a bigger wager, then jump on for the coaster ride of your life on the monster coaster. The high stakes gambler will love the view from the monster rollercoaster because he/she is not mentally processing the drop as they rush quickly to the top of the game.
A win goal and a loss limit works well in black jack, but very few players adhere to it. In blackjack, if you "get on the rollercoaster" as it is going up, that’s terrific, but when the cards "go south" and the coaster starts to toss and turn, you had better bail out in a hurry.
If you don’t, you may not necessarily recall how much you enjoyed everything while your profit was "up". The only thing you will remember is a lot of uncertainties, a thrilling ride … your head in the stratosphere. As you are recounting "what ifs", you won’t clearly recount how "high up" you went but you will always remember that catastrophic fall as clear as day.
